These Terms of Use (as defined below) are a legally binding agreement between Vidphreak and you.
The term "Vidphreak", "us", "we" or "our", refers to DengSoftware LLC, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of USA, having its principal offices at Pembroke Pines Florida, USA, which owns and operates the Vidphreak System (as defined below). The term "you" refers to the User (as defined below).
You hereby state that you are a natural person over the age of 18, and that you are not acting for, or on behalf of, any other person, company or such other legal entity.
These Terms of Use govern your access to the Vidphreak System, the functions contained therein, and the Services (all terms as defined below) performed or provided by the Vidphreak System, including (but not limited to) any and all Content (as defined below) uploaded in the Vidphreak System.
These Terms of Use are void where prohibited by law, and the right to use the Vidphreak System is revoked in such jurisdictions.
These Terms of Use are effective as of the date you access or otherwise use the Vidphreak System, and such access or use of the Vidphreak System indicates your acceptance of all of the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use.
